Help. SEO question on keywords and anchor text

Ok, I've got all my info printed and ready to begin a plan of attack on a new set of keywords and I'm running into an issue of not knowing how a few things really work and rather than play around and guess or assume-I'd rather ask and do it right from the outset.

1-in terms of on page optimization, I need keyword in URL, Title, Desc and Header. If I'm using Wordpress.. what is the header? And if using SEO all in one, I just need to make sure the keyword is in the main title (have it set up to display title in url.) The title will also take care of title? Make sure keyword is in the description box? But again.. what takes care of the header?

2-If I have 4 keywords/phrases that I am going after such as:

fix engine, fix my engine, how to fix my engine, fix engine right.

Can I make a title 'How to fix my engine right the first time' and cover all of those keywords?

If so, would i need to make tags for each individual keyword?

and finally.. ok, if this is correct and I can do it this way, when I go to make backlinks and we get into anchor text do I really need to use anchor text for each individual one? Or could I do the anchor text the say 'how to fix my engine right' ?

I'm telling myself that it is ok to use the longer phrase to cover all keyword/phrases in my wordpress post but that when it gets to anchor text and backlinking, I need to break them down individually but can point them all back to the same article?

And then also.. maybe 4 in 1 is too many but if I try for 2 or 3, do I need to make sure that I use the keyword/phrases separately in the post. So say the first paragraph could be 'So you are asking yourself the question how to fix my engine but you want to make sure you fix the engine right the first time.' Would that cover 2 or all 4 of the keyword/phrases?

Oh.. I'm confusing myself... help? I know this may be a very basic question for most of you but I really need help in figuring this out... please?

    When you're posting in the Visual screen click on the "Kitchen Sink" icon to expand the tools and you'll be able to select the header size from the drop down menu. The exact match is best.

      Thank you so much. So the h1 is the most important but I can use h2 for a secondary keyword?

        Yes it helps in pointing out important keywords for the searchengines, also italicizing, bolding, etc. to a lesser extent.

        I forgot to mention about anchor text backlinking, you'll still want to vary the anchor text and the pages you link to. The majority would be your main keyword, but to make it look natural to Google you don't want 1000 links with "fix my engine" all pointing back to only your homepage, vary the anchor text and link to inner pages as well.

          You also don't want to over cook your target keyword you are trying to rank for. Use it in your domain name, your title tag(H1 tag), meta description, twice in your content, all in one seo if using wordpress, make sure you have you site up all in one sitting (under 3 hours if you can) as well as it helps to make a good first impression with Google.
