ADwords advice?

Hello,
I am running multiple adwords campaigns. I get a list of about one hundred targeted keywords and and upload them all. After about 10 days I check my results and see roughly 10 of those keywords actually have clickthru.
Should I delete the non performing keywords, since they are not costing me anything and I am getting scores of impressions?
