Question about my wordpress site for a local business

I own a small dumpster rental business and and have been learning seo for about a year now. My wordpress site lauched 5 months ago and I still don't have a page rank. I have a full time link builder and still nothing. I probably got too many low quality links in the first place, but I need to get ranked asap. Should I buy some high page rank links?

      If you have some funds to use for build high PR that ok, but if you dont have much than i suggest you dont need to buy it, you can find high pr dofollow forum out there, and if you want to get rank in your local business, than find backlinks from your local sites.

    Fastest way to get traffic to your site is to buy it. Consider going the ppc route if your business needs customers asap.

    Major search engines rank your website based on the quantity and quality of links that are pointing to your site. The most important part of this method is to choose the website where you put your link. The higher the Pagerank of the website offering you a one-way link, the better for you. In fact, the most effective quality links are those placed on PR5 websites or higher.
