the seo conundrum

Hello there... Noob here... Though i have had great results with Ppc and was trained by someone i would call as top notch in the subject... i found a site that could really shine as a natural site..... but i have some questions if someone can take the time to help me out i am not above teaching ppc . I need some on site seo advice... i know about link building... the web 2.0, articles, rss, twitter wheels, ect... i can build links very well.... but i dont think the setup of my page is top notch yet.... What percent should my keyword phrase be?? should i very alternate text on each picture? how many keyword phrases should each page rank for? or should i build a new page for each keyword phrase? If anyone will take the time to help me it would be greatly appreciated... i will even teach you how to do keyword research/ppc if you would like basicly a trade in services... i teach you if you teach me.... answer on threads or pm me your skype... i look forward to talking to you

    The density of the keyword in your page is irrelevant as long as it features.

    Getting the keyword in to the title tags and domain is of much more importance. Also try to put the keyword in to a heading then at least once in the body - don't sweat it just concentrate on building your links.

    Having a set density is unlikely to affect rankings.

      So its the altering of anchor texts in most my links that really ranks the page?... and quick example if i was ranking build muscle on one page selling a build muscle product... would i just alter anchor texts per link to build muscle quickly to rank for that word... and build muscle easily to rank for that word? i mean if building muscle was in my urs.... if i put anchors for building muscles quickly but only have that phrase like 1-2 times on the site is it still likely to rank or should i build a diff landing page for that?

    Having your onpage seo is a balance of a few factors. Anchor linking is Not one of them.

    Are you using static pages or a wp platform?

      im guessing wp platform..... NVU is the tool i use.... and my meta tags are set to 8 keywords/phrases

          Yep.

          You have more options on a wp platform than you do using your NVU.

              eek...you didn't have to download it.

              Go into your cpanel on the server and click the fantastico icon. You can install wp from there very easily.

              Just hit the skype button here. I'll have to warn you though..when I open skype, I usually get bombarded so it might take a few for me to respond.

    debra... im having second thoughts on wp... its sounds good... but my layout now give me about a 3%+ sales rate.... i dont know if i can get that as wp..... i want to learn wp still and will teach ppc if you like... but not sure if i should change layout...
