I often find keyword phrases with all parameters
perfect for attack (very low SOC, 2000+ searches,
enough PPC ads, etc) but the competition on
first page have high PR (PR-3 to PR-5).
What are your experiences with this?
Is it recommended to build a site if high PR
is the only negative factor?
How easy/hard is to outrank the competition
with high PR if all other factors for building
