Ezine Resouce Box Question

There is something I want to know about the Ezine Resource Box. How many same URL that you can insert at there for backlink purpose?

One? Two or more?

and would that be considered as 2 backlinks if I put two same URL in the resource box or the Google or anything would just consider it as one backlink despite that there is more than one URL link?

Secondly, as for the site content, how many articles or content for an average SEO website should have to make Google love it and rank it well?

    I usually like to do no more than 2 , i believe it looks spammy after that .

    Google would consider the anchor text ( but even thats debated if you speak to a number of SEO's they will all have their opinions as to whether different anchor text point to the same URL on the same page actually helps.) but interms of link juice you wouldnt get double the amount if thats what you mean ?

    How longs a peace of string ?............Exactly lol, It depends on alot more than just content, you have to have a good mixture of content, on and off page SEO, Trust and eventually you will gain authority , but at no stage can some one pin point how many backlinks or how much content would provide you with google love lol
