Should I be cheap and use a .info?
- SEO |
The main keyword I want to use (for the main static page) has 1300 searches a month and 8000 competing pages (in quotes). Even without quotes the competition is very weak...I think I could easily beat them out with a Squidoo page or blogger blog....
It is a buying keyword...and I think a good majority of people who search for the term are looking to buy...
I will also be targeting other long tailed keywords in my blog posts (all getting about 1500 searches per month) with approximately the same competition.
I will be targeting the long tailed keywords with blog posts.
Ok either way...back to my question...
Should I just suck it up and get a .com,.org, or .net?
Or is the competition weak enough for me to try to get to #1 in google using a .info?
The pages I am trying to beat out have almost no back links, and they all have a PR of 0.
Would you even try to set this up on a .info?
Or am I just being too cheap?
