Wordpress Homepage Static or Dynamic..?

Hey Guys,
I have been doing a lot of reading but still not sure what is better..? A static or dynamic homepage.

Also How do you change your homepage to static..?

To start, is better to put in some good content on a static page. To create a dynamic page, you have to use ASP or PHP scripts, Dynamic web pages can be used in a catalog or database (like a shopping cart) but IMHO, they dont have to be used on the homepage.

I knew that the wordpress homepage is a static. even more if it static it can also bring a good ranking in google.

  Better in terms of what? Focus on the goal of your blog and make a determination that way.
  
  If you are using Wordpress go to Settings/ Reading. The option of static or dynamic will be there.
