According to the adsense bux sites are not allowed, but even it is allowing the adsense ads to the bux sites.

Like 10kbux.com & their are lots of bux sites which are serving the adsense ads.

And google is not doing anything.

    I would not gamble...

Google can not check all sites on the web (yet) and act upon them. But it's a matter of time and eventually they do spot sites that are not 100% compliant and are famous for shutting AdSense account left-and-right these days. Just look around at the forum here...

I would stick to quality AdSense sites with ADDITIONAL monetization options next to AdSense (like Amazon widget and some affiliate offers). This seems to work fine for Google.

  • Google selectively enforces all their policies. They make the rules, you live with them or you don't. If you press the envelope you may think you are winning for a while. Right up until the time they cut checks and they choose not to send you one.

It's your account, do what you like.

Play safe, once banned you're out of the Adsense game. Am I right?

Yes, if you value your Adsense account, don't meddle around with Google's policy. Sometimes, they'll just give you a slap on the wrist and say "don't do it next time" but you'll never know when the dreaded email is gonna come.
