When you are between a rock and a hard place you have to do what is in the best interest of #1........
However, maybe selling off a part of the sites to help out could "fix" the problem.....

Or sell and start over again when you can.....

$2500 seems like a reasonable offer since it would take the buyer a year to recoup his investment, provided he leave things as they are.

Yea, but i put up quite a lot of effort for these sites, all of them are supported by at least 2 articles from EZA, some of them even up to 5. I believe they are really a good asset if to keep for a little longer....

Anyway, $2500 is still not convinced me to let it go, looking for higher price....hopefully.

You are arguing both side - either you choose to keep the sites or you sell them.

Or you could sell some of them and keep others.

They are your sites and it is your decision.

Hi Kay, thanks for your advice, i think i will let go for all at once rather than selling them partially, i cant refuse that some of them are really not make as much as the key drivers (the main earner)....

How long have you had the sites? Perdsonally I woudl keep them. Reason why I ask how long youve had them is some of my XFactor sites which I thought were dead and buried are actually showing signs of a resurrection. E.g. they were ranking like 250-300 but yesterday when I checked they jumped up by about 150 places to like 40-60. It just shows that hard work can pay off all I need to do now is to keep pushing and theyll hit th e first page soon.

Hi Zaheer, i didnt mean that the sites within my network are dead, i love them because i spent so much of effort to develop them, i want to keep them if the situation allowed....Most of them are 3 months old and minority of them are about a year now...

I just need some quick money to settle something, i think i will let go as the buyer increased the price to $2750, i will make the decision very soon....For sure, i will be back to develop micro niche sites with the same approach...

I know the feeling Simon, Ive been in a similar situation and its VERY hard to let go, especially when you spend all day and night workign on them. I do think that the amount you are selling them is very cheap, you might want to actually do the figures using the amount youve turned over, the amount youve spent on them etc, Im sure you've already done all this, just someone who feels yoru pain thats all.

Good luck with it all and hope you get your problems sorted out.

Anyway, think of it as a learning expereince which means that future sites can be developed with the experience youve gained.

It's your life, but NEVER sell "assets" just to get some quick money. It's like going to a pawn shop and selling your Rolex for $50. Your immediate need is satisifed, but you have lost a valuable, long term income source.

I would suggest you hold on to your sites because they produce income every month -- you should be doing whatever you have to do to get more traffic to your site and increase the clicks you get via Adsense. Before you know it, that $200 per month may become $500 or more.

Keep your sites unless your current financial needs involves life or death. Short of that, find another solution!

Simon, can't you sell soome of the sites and try to raise that capital? I think most people dont actually want you to sell your sites...lol but again only you know the situation you're in!

I would keep the sites. If they are just 3 months old, it is about the time they will get more traffic from the SERP's and your month revenue will just go up from now on.
But... in the end of the day... only you know what is your situation.

If you did want to sell them, $2500 is a little more than a year's worth of estimated revenue, which is usually the benchmark for selling online businesses. So, you do have a good offer for it.

The question is, can you sell these 40 sites for $2500 and then build another network making the same amount per month, now that you have the experience.

Hi Shoaib, i wont worry to get the same result as long as i follow the same approach in the future, the system work! Although $2500 is more than a month based on my current revenue, but i wont judge based on the current situation, because the longer it stay in the pool, the stronger the SERP will be as i build the content and backlink along the way...

Dear other warriors, thanks for your valuable advice and encouragement, after a good sleep and deep consideration, i decided to hold the sites, will see how it goes in the coming couple of weeks. Thanks again!
