Managing Multiple Client Accounts with Yahoo PPC

I'm looking for a way to manage Yahoo PPC campaigns for multiple clients.

Does Yahoo have anything similar to the MCC Account that Google has?

What is the best way to go about this?

P.S. (Any information on BING as well? That's my next stop...)

As far as I know, they don't and I can't find anything regarding this. You could always call them and ask to be sure.
