Okay, this isn't one of the hugest developments of my life. And I don't know how long this will last.

Quick recap of what happened: A few months ago I was banned from adsense due to a friend thinking that she could make me even more money online. Kinda ruined everything I had planned.

The Conclusion: I have applied and applied back to adsense and everytime I was denied, but recently I came up with a simple alternative.

I ended up using my business name and business address for the adsense account. So far nothing has happened to my account and I feel as if I could actually start making money again on my niche sites =D Great discovery w00t w00t.

A little tip: Do not let your friends click on your ads.. it sucks!

Good info, it might be they are seeing you are serious by using company name
Or maybe, diff name + diff address... (how about your credit cards?)...

Thanks for the good info but my problem is that adsense is giving me a hard time to approve me for the first time, applied atleast 10 times but they disapprove my application all the time saying "Unacceptable site contents". Any suggestions?

Take a good look at your site and try to figure why Google don't like your content, then fix it.

I got accepted when I submitted a pretty crappy thin affiliate site, so any site that gets declined must be pretty bad.

If you really need to buy a complete web sites from someone that has already successfully used Adsense and once it's in your name apply for a new account.

AdiPurush , if you create a Blogger blog, post a few articles and then request to monetize it, Google will accept you and your adsense publisher ID can be used on other sites as well.
    Good luck !

So many folks lost their account for reasons that don't seem reasonable.

Having your friends click your ads seems like a good reason to get the boot.

LOL, yeah I told my mom about my business model and she literally like, called a few relatives from all over the country and kinda told them to click on the "blue links" on this website.

I was like.. "NO!" in which she replied "but it's from different computers, what if they're genuinely interested in what the ads have to offer? you'd never know right?"

I took the ads down immediately, haha.

    Never again.

From your posts it looks like "so far" is about two days. It may work - but if you put the ads on the same site, use the same address, have the same payment name, etc....it may not last. Google is pretty smart.

Just be aware that you are at risk and keep your fingers crossed...and don't tell your friends about it!

Don't let your friends know about it? WHY?

Cause they might click ads on and on and get you banned?

Well, newsflash for you: your competition WILL do it too.

That's why Google SHOULD have a system to prevent that kind of problems.

And that's why I moved 80% of my sites from Adsense.

i am kind of agree with Fernando, if your competitor doesnt like you to be on top of their site in SERP, they can spam your adsense.........adsense is always a second source of income for me, never rely on adsense for your full time income, you never know when google will kick your @ss.

This particular problem had nothing to do with competitors.

Google is smart - if all the clicks on a new account are coming from one geographical location, google knows what's going on.

I know of only two people that had problems with adsense due to competition - and they didn't lose their adsense accounts in the end.

I've known dozens of new marketer who have to tell friends and family how to find their new site and how they make money when people click. Some have friends who try to help out by clicking - and MANY tell their friends to click on the ads. They've lost their adsense accounts.

The only site my family could find right now is my dog site - because my daughter-in-law loves the video on it. My friends have no clue what my sites are - and I keep it that way.

Glad you got your adsense account back again this way. I won't even tell my friends I have a website if I were you. You never know who else would like to help you "secretly".

You have a right to sign up using a business. A business is a separate entity from yourself, even if you are a sole proprietor.

Google never ban peoples for the reason of "someone else clicked my ADs too many times"
regardless who is that someone else; as long as it is not coming from your own pc, otherwise everybody will be out of job with adsense.

I'm surprised you were let back into the adsense program. I rarely hear of this happening.

I hope you just didn't create a new account with different information, you're account will just get banned again.

Yeah, I always tell my girlfriend if she visits any of my sites make sure she doesn't click on any of my ads.
