Google has required publishers to upload and update the privacy policies with google to be visible on all your sites,

    That was made public about April of last year if i remember correctly and we have it on our Filehosting site and as far as i am aware if you dont comply with that they will take your adsense account away at some time so you have been warned.Alot of people have still not added that statement.

    If you are using WP, there's a plugin add this Privacy Policy including other things (you can edit). European Cruises - Welcome to European Cruises Advisor or you can type "Easy Privacy Policy" when doing a search at WP plugin section.

      Yeah, I got to do this, still haven't done this with my sites.

      Hate to break it to you, there's like a million other websites that haven't done this. I wouldn't worry about your account being removed, if Google was doing that they would lose a lot of money because on average pretty much no one has a privacy policy on their website.

        I wouldn't bet on that. Google bans people left and right for little to no reason. They say they require a privacy policy, so that's all the excuse they'll need. They just banned thousands of AdWords advertisers costing them probably millions of dollars. Have you seen their stock? They could care less.
