Anyone know of any good cheap services that can analyze your website against competitors.

I am going against a keyword that I have abundant knowledge about, and the competition is very soft/weak

As a matter of fact in the top 10 rankings for the phrase I am going for you have results that are not even relevant!

But regardless of months of directory submissions, forum discussing, constantly updating and adding posts, I am getting very small trickles of viewers.

    Don't worry about the competition just get more backlinks with your keyword phrase as the anchor text.

    I have ranked #1 for a keyword phrase only found in the title of the blog and nowhere else.
