Client Adword Invite doesn't Work

I have a client that wants to to take control of her Adwords account. I walked her through and had her send me an invite. Once she did that - Google sent me an e-mail that I had to click on a link in which I did. After that, it took me to a page on Adwords where I selected I would be using my Adwords account. After I logged in - it took me to a page where it said to refresh page content. I've done this a few times and it still won't allow me to take over her account.

I tried to get in touch w/ Google - which is next to impossible since that want you to select a question and send it to them. Just wondering if you guys have encountered this problem before.

She may still need to approve it. Check that she has.

This invite thing has never worked. If you manage many accounts, much better to have an MCC and link client accounts to it. Much simpler with one login and all tools and reports consolidated in one place.
