Adwords Optimization Question

I am using the adwords content placement program and have a question about optimizing it. How do I track or find out which content networks my sales are coming from?

Obviously, I can see how many clicks a content network is bringing me but how do I know which clicks are leading to sales/hops?

I really appreciate your help.

I think there's no tracking sales mechanism in adwords as It's outer range of their authority. But I do use the campaign classification and run that not in the same time so I can track which campaign will do the best conversion.

When setting up a campaign Google gives you the option of manually selecting the sites you want your ads to show on or allowing Google to automatically select the websites in its Content Network that matches your ads.

If you chose "automatic placement" Google allows you to monitor your ad performance on the Content Network, by clicking on your campaign's Networks tab and clicking the "show details" link. Here you can review all of the websites where your ads have appeared. You can also see statistics about each site that will help you evaluate your ad performance on these sites.

Details about ad placement and ad targeting or found under AdWords Beginner's Guide.

Ps. I am not able to post the link since I have less than 15 posts.

I am actually trying to look deeper. Not which ads are giving me clicks, but which ads are giving me clicks and hops to the product I am promoting. I think there should be a way to do this with google analytics.

      Anyone have any ideas?
