Long Tail Keyword Mining
- SEO |
From what I understand a good strategy is to start broad with your keywords, then do "long tail keyword mining" to get to the really good keywords that produce results.
The other side of the equation is you have to make sure you take out negative keywords that could effect your CTR, eg if you're selling anything free might be a word that hurts your CTR.
I understand how to get the "good long tail keywords", you just see what keywords actually led to conversions, but how do you filter out the negative keywords? Wouldn't you have to see exactly "impressions" google was putting out for you?
How and where do you gather this information (does google provide it?) so you can do analysis find negative keywords are hurting your CTR?
