    You might be smart priced. It could also be that adsense doesn't really know what your site is about so you are getting irrelevant ads and that leads to very low click rates. I checked out a couple posts and the ads were not relevant at all so I think that's the problem.

      all my pages are seo optimised..so adsense should know what my site is about

    Many times there is simply low pay for a lot of keywords. "Buying" keywords are key because they garner heftier bids. Consider this, you may be getting .02 because your getting clicks where an advertiser has bid .05 for clicks and Google is keeping the remaining .03 (oh yeah... they keep their cut)
