Adding Your Feeder Sites in Google Webmaster Tools

Does it matter if I am hosting websites on different hosting servers such as BlueHost and GoDaddy but sharing the same account and verification for Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics?

Will Google penalize me and/or find out that I am doing 1 way backlinking strategy between websites because I have them both on the same Google Webmaster Tools account and Analytics Account? Instead of seperating the verification process between different Google accounts

Please provide any input, thanks

I don't think there would be any problem in this when your websites IP address is different. However if you have some planning of doing interlinking etc. between your website, then make different webmasters accounts and play safe.

  I would strongly recommend against using any Google tools for your sites. Even if you're squeaky clean the info can be used against you. If you have supporting/feeder sites, this isn't considered squeaky clean, BTW.
