They won't let you know the exact amount that you will get for each click until they know the quality score of your site. The more of an authority site you have the better the adsense clicks will be. They base the payout on the CPC by a few different factors.
1. Your google quality score- this is the score that google rates you at for the quality of the site that you have developed there are several SEO factors like backlinks, content, page size, url age and a few more that make a difference here
2.the amount of CTR that you have on average on your site the higher the CTR the better alot of the ads are.
3.Competition-if it is a competitive site that is in a few different markets like, health, fitness, pharmaceuticals, internet marketing it all depends on the amount of traffic you are getting to your site

These are just some of the factors that effect your payout on google adsense. most of the time you will only get 10-15 cents per click until you start boosting your quality score as well as you sites content and traffic.
