Multiple sites in google analytics account

I manage well over 50 sites and google analytics seems to limit you to only having 50 sites/profiles to each account you have. I need to be able to monitor more than 50. The question I have is if any of you have ever had this issue. Do you create multiple GA accounts? Is this frowned upon by google, meaning is there somewhere in their TOS that states you cannot do this? If anyone has any help in this regards it would be greatly appreciated.

50 profiles is the default limit per GA account. You can create another account, and then give yourself Admin access. Otherwise another option is to contact a Google Analytics Authorized Consultant (GAAC) and apparently they can up the limit from 50 to 100.

YOu can use another email account and give that admin access. I have 3 different profiles which are full of 100 sites per profile....so yes it can be done. The only problem is when you want to track AdSense clicks, that will only be possible on the 1st profile!

You can create multiple accounts under your main Google Analytics account - see the upper right hand corner of your main page. I have over 150 sites under my analytics account, and am not limited by anything except the number listed under each account under my main analytics account. I use the multiple account feature to categorize my sites - for example, niche sites, ecommerce sites, etc. That way I can see at a glance how an entire segment of my business is performing just by looking at stats for the account on the main page.
