'all in title' 'all in anchor' - multiple commands possible at once???

Guys, we all know how useful the advanced commands in Google can be for SEO purposes, e.g. 'allinanchor' 'allinurl' etc, however has anyone worked out/is it possible to use multiple commands at once... And not even advanced commands....I dont seem to be able to use an 'allin' command combined with any other command, e.g. 'allinurl: steaks "San Franscisco'
