how do I check my page rank for multiple keywords?

Is there an easy way to find a list of keywords and long-tail keywords together with page rank information which are directly related to my site?

And is there any software which will show comparison page ranking for other sites (compared to my own) for certain keywords or phrases?

My Alexa page rank for my interviewcom.com site has just dipped below 500,000 and the site has only been up for just over two months, during which time I've done no back-link work... I'd like to know which are the best keywords to use when creating back-links for my site which specialises in free audio interviews from successful internet marketers.

Any suggesstions or guidance will be gratefully received.

  i tried CuteRank free edition, it couldnt show the rank after 100, any software can show the exact position?
