Clarification on Domain Names for SEO

Hello:

Just to make sure.

For SEO purposes, if you are going after let's say "scarlet fever" as a keyword, and some of the other terms to rank for are

scarlet fever toys

scarlet fever dolls

where can I get scarlet fever

The domain

buyscarletfever.com

is good for SEO....

    Do some searches and see where keyword rich domains win and where they don't.

    If the exact match is taken (ex scarletfever.com, .net or .org) I would try adding a small word to the end of the domain (scarletfeverhq, scarletfevernow, scarletfeverll, etc.)

    Moral: Use the buffer word (hq, now, ll etc.) at the end on the domain instead of the front.
