Where is the traffic landing?

Hi everyone,
I'm curious if anyone has an idea of what I can do to figure out where the traffic is landing so that I can improve on it.
I use hostgator for my hosting.
It gives me the last 300 visitors, but not sure where they are going when they land on the various sites I own.
I'm getting sizable traffic but mostly from bots.
I know I should be using google analytics but it's kinda late to do that now with the sites that are already up and that's where the problem exists.
Any thoughts?
