Against the TOS?

I have www.goodgo.info which I bought recently,
Well I have 2 databases, a database with 2 download links, but those 2 links are rapid share and another site like rapidshare , they don't download the comics from my site.......
So the database with download links, can I still use Google Adsense on it (Bcs they are not downloading it FROM MY SITE, but I am just linking to the downloads from Rapidshare and another site....)
What do you think?
And does it break the rules of TOS if I add CPALEAD too?
