I'm building a site which is going to be designed for a single keyword in my niche and point back to my sales funnel. Here is a breakdown of what I've done.

- My domain relates to my keyword
- Using Thesis
- My main and supporting keywords are in the title tag, meta keywords and meta description
- Using a static page as the front page of the blog
- Building secondary pages with supporting keywords
- Header and footer have my keyword in it
- I have ad copy which has a 2% concentration in my chosen keyword
- H2 tags have my main keyword and supporting keywords
- I have images that relate to my keyword with keyword specific alt tags
- I have a youtube video which relates to my keyword
- I have 5+ links to authority sites like wikipedia, .edu links which are the top links on google.

Am I missing anything?

Well, Everything is perfect. Here I would like to suggest you about the URL structure. The URL of the website which you mention in the context must be very close related to it, since it helps you in better ranking. Also the Keyword Density must be high. Its much better if you use the keywords between 2% to 8% for good page ranking. This technique is the backbone of Search Engine Optimization.
