2 people to help with seo for 2 weeks!

Hi all,
Fairly new to the forum so thought id ask your opinion on this (been reading a while!).
Basically we are an ecommerce company, ive managed to get 2 employees to help with 4 main keywords / brands for 2 weeks solid work.
How would you guys get these to help you? We have just taken 4 new brands on, which we have starting selling well through advertising, we have basically no ranking for these search terms with a fairly small amount of competition.
My main plan is to get some articles writen, social bookmarked pointing to our site, social bookmark the pages on do follow social bookmarking sites, get some blog/ high pr relevant links going along with fresh posts on our own blog (we made one post for one of the brands which is on 2nd page for the mo but dont expect it to stay their) we will also use all our regular marketing methos such as facebook, twitter and newsletters....
The thing id really like to start cracking is the seo, we have some very good copy accross all the brands. oping we can lay a good 2 week base now, and then come back to it once every fortnight to do a bit more.
For the first time will try using artivle sites such as ezine, as never used these before.
the two guys i have helping dont really know much about seo or link builbing etc but im hoping to have them on board with this sort of work for 2 weeks out of every 6, so woul dbe good to show some real results.
What would you guys get done with 140 hours worth of manpower with no seo knowledge?
