Different results in different browsers?

Lately I have noticed that if I google our targetted keywords in different browsers I get different results.

I know google keeps tabs on your browsing and adjusts the rankings....

SO my question is......

What do you use to get an accurate read of where your site lies.

Firefix has me in 5th spot. Chrome on 12th spot.

Any ideas?

    Sure. Turn off web history.

Use something like this http://www.zend2.com/ and you will see where you are exactly.

also do not forget to log off from your google account when you check the rankings - if you are logged in, you will get very different results (even if you selected to turn off your search history in your G Account).

Use any of the ranking checking software to figure out in which browser you see your website on an adequate position and use it then
