Hi Warriors Hope everyone is having a fantastic day today online.

Right lets get to my point,

I have on one of my sites almost 2000 backlinks with pr in range of page rank 0-8 from links,

But when i go to backlink checker it shows only 115 links, So im a little confused because last week i was on page 1 now im on page 4 of and it seems Google is on the warpath for Cpa releated sites, Does any S.E.O experts or anyone with Good back link Knowledge answer me this,
  1. How long does it take for search engines to find the links and whats the best way to speed that up,
  2. Its seems the links i have gather so far are form this forum and some blogs but since Feburary I have been doing over 300 links a week with many methods such as press release submission and direct Backlinking to Rss and using Pingomatic,
  3. Its seems also i have been using some softwere such as seNuke and not even one of my links have been shown up on the backlink checker now i am being beaten on Google by pages with less backlinks then my own site

Thanks for your views and help
Andy

    Hi Andy,

It looks like you are on the right track here...Google has their own algorithm when it comes to indexing back links. How old is your site anyway? You could be getting slapped if this one is new. By using RSS and pinging, you should be getting at least noticed. However, if you are trying to build to many links so fast, you may be getting stuck in the dreaded sandbox.

    Hope that helps,

    cheers

What tool are you using to determine how many backlinks google has indexed?

No tool is going to be 100% accurate.

Even with google webmaster tools, they have admitted that it will never show every backlink that google has indexed.

So, you'll never really know for sure what backlinks google has or hasn't indexed.

The best you can do is make sure that the pages that have your backlinks have been indexed. If that page has been indexed then chances are your backlinks has been seen.

You've fallen into the backlink trap.
You are not worried about search engines finding them,
      just google.

Quantity never matters. I have a #1 site with 5 backlinks.
      Good niche.

I don't have any sites with anything over 100 backlinks listed.
      I don't care.

A PR0 link is worth, well, zero.

Even if google "saw" them, they may not count them.
      Big difference.

You can't build enough backlinks too fast. Big myth.

But because these same people have seen 2,000 worthless backlinks
built, they blame it on speed, not quality.

      Forget the 2,000 backlinks.

Concentrate on quality, high PR backlinks, as well as quality,
      relevant content.

Few people realize there is no magic formula. There are so many threads
here from people crying because they did x,y and z and think that google
is just mean not to rank their site#1. When in fact, there are many, many
sites worthy of the spot, not just theirs.

If you have been building profiles on forums that you have no intention of
interacting on, stop it. If you post comments on blogs, thinking it does not
sound like spam so it must be good, stop it. By the time google finds them,
if at all, they'll be gone and worthless. Google may never find them.

Thanks for sharing. I do concentrate on quality backlinks, too, but it takes loads of time for Google to index them for some reason. I check on Yahoo, there are ten times more unique sites than Google, while Alexa shows 2, I know they only update 6 monthly, don't they?

Try using SEO Quake or SEO Firefox and look out for the Y!Links. I normally benchmark results from this. It's quite reliable.
