Prettier Pictures = Higher Adsense CTR

I compared the CTR of my XFactor-ish sites from March and April, and noticed an increase of 2.3% average CTR simply by changing up the pictures. The sizes and number of pictures remained constant. Also, the contents only had slight updates to them.
In April, I decided to find pictures of products that I believe looked the best. For example, if I was doing yellow snow boots, then I would pick the ones that I believe looked the best in styles even though I have no interest of ever wearing yellow snow boots.
Before April, I would just randomly slap on any random yellow snow boots that I have found online.
The lesson here is that you should spend a few extra minutes to find better pictures to put on your mini niche sites and you should see a slight increase in CTR as well.
