Advice, how much to sell website?

Hello warriors i have site related to the poker online niche, i have done a good job in the seo part, but i have been lazy and unsuccesful in the marketing part, because of time, and unexperienced, so i wanted to sell it but i don't know how much?

i have some facts of it:

      i have like 2000 unique visitors this year so far... revenue none, i dont really master adsense...

        i don't think adsense caters towards the gambing market.

    If it's indexed well you can get an estimate on it's worth at websiteoutlook.com which you can also show when selling the website

    Lots of factors deptermine the value but the real factor is revenue. Usually if its a new site then it will generally be monthly revenue * 10 or 12 months. If its a much more established site then you could ask upto 24 months.

    Since you have no revenue, I suppose it will all be down to its 'potential' growth for an investor.

    I am beginning to start doing freelance websites and I am seeing what are some good tips for selling? Also what I am doing is finding companies with poorly built websites and make them better with flash and the whole yummy package. I am just wondering if anyone had some selling tips/strategies. I need to convince them "why" they need to upgrade their website.

    Also does anyone know some website statistics?
    Like what average percentage of well built website profit vs a poor built website. Now I am not just talking about an online store. Profit with any service or product this comapany may offer.

    Or what is the average time a person spends on a crappy website. then the amount of time a person spends on an awesome website.

    I am thinking some of these statistics will show the prospect a way I can help them. Really I am not selling a website, I am selling a solution.
