Adding adsense to a Godaddy domain problem

Hi all,

Can anyone help please.

My registrar is Godaddy but I host all my domains at Host Papa. I now want to add Adsense to one of my domains but the Google instructions are about as much use as mudflaps on a tortoise!!

Can anyone tell me how I do this?

The Total DNS section is obviously empty as I host at HostPapa so how do I change the CNAME record?
