    BlueSense is a WordPress theme that often gets highly praised for providing a good AdSense CTR.

    Having said that, I strongly dislike the theme and given that there are so many ad blocks, you're likely to receive less per click than you would if you had a theme/layout with a single large ad block.

      Yes, but also keep in mind that the most expensive
      clicks are not always on top. The highest performing
      ones are. Therefore, one could expect from time
      to time that a lower adsense ad could be worth more
      than a first one. I used to think less is more. I maxed
      them out and saw earnings rise. It has to be done
      correctly, however, or the ads over power the site.
      One good tip is to make one block just image, one
      block just text, and one block text and image.

      I agree 100% with you when you say you don't like
      it. That is, in the respect that all people and all
      websites/blogs are different. What works for one
      may not work for another.

      There is no theme that can maximize adsense except
      the one that you choose after experimenting.

      I don't use a theme for adsense blog. I use themes that
      give a good visitor experience, which by the way, have
      adsense blocks. When you think "adsense first," you are
      more likely to create a website that is, well, under served.
