Hello Warriors:

If you had WidgetsForSaleInAnyTown.com and WidgetsForSaleInSomeTown.com, could you use the same content on both without SEO issues (same product, slightly different location)?

If not, what are the issues?

Tommy.

I wouldn't advise putting the exact same content on both sites. If you want two domains dealing with the same thing, just point one domain to the other. Otherwise its best to get origional content for each.

One would most probably end up in the 'phantom' supplemental index. Don't anyone fall for the crap that it isn't still around.

Get original content, or combine the two. If the keyword is in the extended url, you'll still be fine.

We can use the same content for both the URL'S so that we can get best results compared to different content, for more information regarding this you can go through this site putonyourgoggles.com
