  Hello, I am working for a client who has 100 keywords. I used a free tool called Free Monitor but there are too many words and it takes hours.

Market Samurai is awesome, but I also like to use Rank Tracker and Rank Checker.

That is just a screenshot from Market Samurai made to look pretty in Photoshop or similar.

I haven't found one that works well since the Google changes. Google Webmaster Tools is the most reliable but won't find the deeply hidden keywords.

  I use Rank Tracker (made by link-assistant.com, who makes seo spyglass) to check about 150 sites rankings weekly. It works fine even with the new Google update (except it does get hung up on Google pages 75+ ;-), but if your site ranks there, it doesn't really matter).

  I think market samurai is really good. I also use Rank Checker from seobook, this is free and good overall.

  seo elite maybe? haven't used it...I'm just guessing cos it's another one of Brad Callen's product.
  
  I've been using Rank Tracker - from link assistant. Works pretty well for me. I agree with the other guy that posted here that it can get really slow sometimes especially if you are checking the rankings of lots of keywords. And if you do lots of successive searches you get blocked by Google at times.
  
  (Btw George, are those your rankings? Looks like LV is working for you How many articles did you submit before getting those rankings? Just interested cos I am using lv..I have not seen any significant results but ive been using it less than a month so I'm not yet complaining. Don't want to hijack the thread but I can't send PMs yet ).

Try using firefox add-ons seoforfirefox you can check for your ranking by the number it indicates what rank is your site for your kw. (try to change the results settings to 100)
