Using Articles and Adsense, need more traffic ideas

I have been writing articles since about March and submitting them to ezine articles only. They feed into websites that are designed to get google adsense clicks. I have done pretty well with this and have consistently made about $1,500 a month recently.

I am curious to know if anybody has any other ways that they are using articles to get traffic to these types of websites? Is there anything else I can do in order to get more traffic?

Wow, congratulations!!! There are more things you can do: 1. Submit your article to article directories. 2. Submit a press release. 3. Make videos and submit it to Tubemogul.com. Tubemogul will send your video to YouTube and similar video sites. Goodluck!!!

Ok so if I submit them to other article directories would you recommend I use a submission service or do it myself? Also, I know there has been talk about duplicate content, which I believe has to be bogus considering that my articles end up on all types of other sites, but is there any point in re writing my articles so that they are different for other article directories?

i have been having better luck rewriting each article and submitting to the directories i listed above.

On some of my keywords i have 8 of the 10 spots on the google results. Remember Google allows 2 pages per URL on each search result page. So write an article submit it to ezinearticles, rewrite the article and submit it to ezinearticles then submit a unique version of the article to their other directories that i listed above and you will own pages on google if you pick the keywords right.

A few different versions of an article submitted to 5 or 6 really good directories will kick the crap out of the same article submitted to 100's of low PR non authoritative sites.

It sounds like alot but you can rewrite an article in 5-6 minutes if you can type fast enough. I also never write more then 300 word articles if i can cause its faster to rewrite them.

or you can use a good article spinner/re writer and make the job that much faster, just use one where you input the replacement words and text.

I have my own keyword strategy, but I am curious to know what else might be used. Can you give me some tips on how you find your keywords and maybe a couple of example (don't have to be what you have really used)? This would be helpful as I try to reach my goal of $2,000 a month just from articles and adsense.

Thank you for clearing up the duplicate content issue! I guess the best practise is to rewrite each unique article and then to submit these re-written articles to the article directories! Makes sense. It wouldn't make much sense to submit the same exact article to all the article directories.

      Thanks again.

Ok. So I already use free word tracker so I am definately on the right track there. Do you know of any good free or very inexpensive article submitters or is this just something you do by hand?
