Namecheap.com hosting -- slow?

I bought a domain and hosting at namecheap yesterday. Everytime I have been on that site, it has been super slow, everything I have tried to do. No other websites are slow for me, all is normal. I am on DSL and nothing unusual going on. I tried to contact their online chat and the thing never did connect. I also tried to get to my cpanel and even though all looks well as far as it being ready, I couldn't even get that page to load. Not a good start here, wondering if anyone else has ever used them.
