Adding Facebook friends via contacts list

Everytime I upload my contacts file in the csv file format, it never works! Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Maybe the contain it's too much, or maybe your file too large.

    I don't have any experience with this, but I bet sure that facebook have maximum requirement any way.
