Ask.com Advertising Scam?

I have had an Ask.com PPC account for over a year and one day I go to login to my account to manage my campaigns and I can no longer log in. So I try to retrieve my new password and nothing is sent. After trying to contact them for weeks I am still getting automated responses in which they say your password will be sent within a few hours and ultimately is not sent. Does anyone know if their are ask representatives lurking around the warrior forum? The bad part was this happened while my account was active and I am still looking to use their network for advertising but if this is the case I would advise against choosing Ask for marketing.

    I think ask.com is affiliated with dictionary.com. try to dig over there.

      Thanks for the info unfortunately it did not work! I shall just continue making posts on the interwebs until I get some kind of response I guess.

    After months of sending emails and no responses about my issue I have just disputed the charges as Ask.com is not respresenting themselves like a business. I have also kept all information and copies of mail being sent, which includes screenshots etc.

    Dont have time for games, and come my 2010 income tax return I will be sure to include why I could not provide invoices because I could not login to my account as the company is fraudulent.

    ugh, i can't stand losing money in random ppc accounts. I've had so many random ones that I've thrown 100 bucks in, 200 bucks in and never had any success. I always think i'm going to return to them with some kind of great idea, but it never seems to pan out. I try to stick to Google, yahoo and MSN.
