That is not a good way to get backlinks. This would probably get you a higher chance of getting flagged by Google.

Where are these even linking from? Without any other information the service looks shady at best. Not saying it is necessarily, but I wouldn't even test it with the lack of real information given on your site or the tool you link to.

Many of those sites do not have their hosting set up. I doubt that it would hurt a site, only because people would just submit their competitors.

Actually just tested it submitting bogus domains just to see what would come up. After about 20 seconds I realized there is no potential benefit at all (which was my gut reaction anyway, but I thought I'd make an informed decision instead of a guess.) I agree these aren't gonna hurt anyone, but they certainly aren't gonna help either.

Sounds like it just submits your domains to appraisal and whois websites. Great way to get indexed fast, but really has no other value.
