Hi,

I have just bought this, and firstly what an amazing tool this is......I can remember about 4 years ago when i first started out as an affiliate offering mobile phone insurance and mobiles was quite a hard task getting all those backlinks. Spending hours a day signing upto forums and leaving backlinks :-((

Now i can auto submit 2 thousands )))) But what i need to know if im leaving backlinks for a site which is 4 weeks old will google punish me if i leave it running all night posting backlinks everywhere ??

Thanks,

Andy

Some people might not view your post in a good way. Alhough Scrapebox is a great tool, it is a spammers paradise and it has lots of other features other than letting it run for hours spamming blogs. I guess it all boils down to how you do this. I have my own technique which is far less spammy and works well but you don't really want to be spamming thousands of blogs with 'Nice site!' comments do you?!

It is though a great peice of software and has many uses, just be careful how you use it and what for.

Yeah....it's a spammers tool...but you can also use it for good things too.....I am thinking about getting it myself so I don't condone it....my suggestions?

I mean you can go full throttle with high pr sites but Google might tend to find those quicker and see a pattern....(patterns are not good in the eye of Google) this is when things go south..normally Google will look at those as spam links as possibly will not give you credit towards your site, and your efforts will not be worth your while....with a newer site try hitting up the PR1-PR4 sites with a hand full of the higher PR 5 and up sites.....Google will not find them all at once anyways so it's really a gamble....if you can fly under the radar long enough to get them indexed properly then your good...check out the Blackhatforum > BlackhatSEO....the maker of Scrapebox resides in that domain....those folks can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about that tool.

Jesus, leaving it running all night to get links. Are you insane? Have you heard of akismet? Are you looking to get your URLs onto blocklists? Are you looking to personally increase the mass blog spam problem so that more and more blog owners just shut down comments or make them nofollow?

If you are going to use scrapebox to build links, for gods sake use really, really well-spun comments and target highly relevant keyword blogs so that your comments stand a good chance of at least appearing to be partially relevant to a human being.

This highlights the problem with wonderful programs like scrapebox - you always get a group of people who use it as a blunt weapon and destroy it for everyone else.

    Use your brain, and profit.

One simple rule with any tool like that... don't use it to link to your money site.

Build a series of satellite sites (use free blogs and web 2.0 sites) then link to them...they will pass on the link juice to your site and you'll still get the benefit...

BUt remember ...spam my sites and i'll hunt you down and suck out your eyeballs

i would recommend that you focus more on using the tool to find highly niche specific high PR pages. then use the manual mode to write relevant comments.

fewer high PR links are more valuable than many low PR links!
