Will a Resubmit on E-ZineArticles Affect Article's Ranking?

Does anyone know if an article on E-ZineArticles.com that is ranked in the top 15 for its category will lose position or ranking there if the author resubmits the article, say, due to a change in the resource box?

    Hi Ken

    No not at all - in the past EZA took the article down and when you resubmitted the articles after changing the resouce box it had to go into the system again to get accepted.

    Nowadays they got more savvy - you can edit the article, while the original article still stays live. As soon as you re submit the edited article (resource box) and it goes into the system, the orginal article will stay up until it is replaced with your edited article.

    I also had a problem with one of my articles in the top viewed section and did'nt want to touch it, but I've repeated my resource box twice and it did'nt look good. I've made the changes and there were no problems. In fact that same article is now no 3 in the most viewed section.
