Not indexed in G after 4 weeks - No1 yahoo

Hi all,

I have a site blood pressure equipment dot info that I created on the 31st May.
It has 16 back-links from a back-link package.
According to Market Samurai rank checker, it is not indexed in Google and is at number one in Yahoo for keyword blood pressure equipment.
When I do a Site:domain... it has no pages in Google.
Any idea why?
Anything I can do to help it index?

    Hi Kym,

    Google sometimes keeps sites in the "dog house" if they had a lot of IP changes or a lot of previous owners. According to Whois, your domain has had:

    NS History: 4 changes on 4 unique name servers over 1 year.
    IP History: 6 changes on 4 unique name servers over 1 years.

    This sometimes tends to indicate to Google that the domain is used for spam. I had a similar problem and the only solution is patience, both with adding content and link building.

    I could be wrong, of course, but this seems like the most reasonable explanation, based on my experience.

    Hi Josip,
    I had no idea that the site had that many changes.
    Makes sense now.
    I will add checking whois to my domain buying checklist.
    Patience is not one of my finer points, but IM is teaching me. LOL.

    Add your URL to Google

    Also, register for Google Webmaster Central and submit a sitemap. =)

    Or you could even buy a new domain that has a cleaner history and just start building on that one instead. if Google hasn't indexed it yet anyway you've got nothing to lose, I guess as long as you can find something that is as close to your target keywords.

    Thanks for the replies.
    I had just done the site map.
    Have just now added it to google via url (thanks HunterSnake)
    I had already bookmarked it and started linking...
    It is really just an experiment site to see how a dotinfo will go in the serps as compared to other sites I am doing the same SEOing to, so I am not bothered about getting another site

    Add it to google webmaster tools and analytics, google likes that. Also start building a few quality, relevant links to build some trust, and add some fresh content on a regular basis - it all helps build your trustrank.
