Commission System for Local Businesses?

Wondering if anyone has any knowledge in this area. I've got a few sites targeted for local business keywords - lets say one of my sites is for "new york lawyer." I want to set up a commission system with some local businesses, to showcase their companies on my site, and every time they get a client, I get a cut. Does anyone know of any web systems designed for this?

    would you not just rent out some ad space , for banners or a text ad ? there are third party ad options such as project wonderful or you can have your own in house ad system with apps like OIOpublisher Ad Manager - Control Your Ad Space
