Hello,

I am trying to optimize my campaign on acid reflux. And I wanted to know, should I remove the keywords that are getting me a lot of impressions but are not getting me clicks? These same keywords that are giving me a lot of impressions have a bad ad position.

Thanks in advance,
Sam

In my experience I'd say yes. It's all about your click through rate with google. At the moment yours will be 0% for those keywords, which will effect your quality score. The lower your quality score, the more you ppc.
I'd nuke them if I was you, if you've given them a fair trial.

I say yes as well. I believe they are called negative KWs. You can make a list of them - and also for each one, it would be [-keyword]

      There is another option.

Create a separate ad group for those keywords and create adverts for those specific keywords.

This will increase you QS and if your ads are good your CTR will go up to.

The thing is, is that all of these are in ad groups already. And for some reason, I'm just not getting any clicks.

As of right now, I have 8 clicks for a 1.29% CTR.

try improving your position the by slightly raising your price, if you can.

I did do that, I raised the Max CPC. Is that what I should've done, or is there another way for me to raise it that you're referring to? I'm still relatively new to this split testing stuff so forgive me if I'm a bit slow.
