Question for Market Samurai Users

I noticed when researching backlinks in MS, the PR of most of my backlinks as well as those of my competitors are very low. In my case, I've added hundreds for my particular website from Angela and Paul, and as everyone knows, Angela's backlinks are all PR 5 and above, but are registering in MS as PR 0.
Could this be because:
1. The PR of the sites from Angela and Paul is not transfering to inner pages?
or
2. Does MS show the PR of the inner page and not the true PR juice I'm supposed to be getting, which is coming from the main page?
or
3. Another reason?
Any help would be appreciated.
