Keywords may not be the reason you're not getting the results you want. Sure, you need to do good keyword research, but you still need to anchor your keywords with compelling, informative content.

Agree...write for the end-user not the search engines!

One thing that is a turn off is searching for "information" (not products) only to be presented first off with blatant advertisement at the beginning of a post.
It makes me think you just put up information just to get me to your site in order to get me to click on your adsense links. In my opinion someone with a real answer would want to show me their authority on the subject before offering me products to use. In other words the content should be the most important thing on the site and not the center aligned advertisement at the very top. It makes Your work appear secondary.

As mentioned, develop for the people and build their trust. Then they will listen to your suggestions on products. And that is what advertisement is to many people. Your suggestions on what works.
No one considers that Google is the one that decided what ads to post on Your site.

Write SEO articles and submit to article directories.Try and submit at least 2 articles everyday to about 5 popular directory.You will be surprise by the result.If you can't write outsource.We have many good writers here in the forum.

Here is a good basic guide to keyword research it is free to download (Keyword Research Guide) it is slanted toward wordtracker, you don't have to use wordtracker, you can use google adwords free keyword tool. I did a backlink analysis of your site on site explorer and only saw 1 article indexed that pointed to your site and it had been removed already. It is possible that some of the articles you have written have not been indexed by google or yahoo yet. You might want to try social bookmarking some of your articles to get them indexed faster so that you can build links to your site faster. With that being said it looks like the keywords you are targeting with your title tag and main page article content are extremely competitive. Example: "weight loss" is very general and has over 65 million competing pages in google and the #1 ranked site is a top level domain(webmd) and has over 17,000 backlinks to the page. This would take alot of off-site seo (link building and anchor text backlinks) to even crack the top ten for such a term. You may want to consider targeting a longer tail term that is relevant to your site and has less competing web sites with weaker off-site SEO characteristics. This would give you a better chance of competing and ultimately getting more traffic. Sorry this is so long, I hope this helps.

For visitors only keyword research will not work. For visitors You need to write something unique & informative because Google only give more importance to unique content and it is easy to get PR on your article.

Write a top notch article and don't worry about building backlinks - they will happen naturally. This is still my best ever strategy over the last 10 years.
