I received a warning message from google adword stating of multiple violations. I have been advertise my ad for years and this is the first time I receive such warning. The first warning stating 'final' well didn't receive any in prior.

Below are message from google;

Landing pages advertised via AdWords must have relevant, original content, and must be transparent about the nature of the business being promoted. Further, advertisers are prohibited from promoting certain types of sites, which include, but are not limited to:
* Data collection sites that imply delivery of free items, etc., in order to collect private information
* Arbitrage sites without relevant and original content that are designed for the purpose of showing ads
* Affiliate sites without relevant and original content that are designed to drive traffic to another site with a different domain
* "Get-rich quick" sites that make unrealistic promises
* Sites that are deceptive
* Sites that distribute malware or spyware
* Extremely misleading/unverifiable or inaccurate claims

I am not selling any make money products or using any squeeze page. My websites are simple pre-sell pages that direct visitor to merchant site via affiliate links and other review sites with original contents. Which part of policy did I violate?

    The part that says:

    Affiliate sites without relevant and original content that are designed to drive traffic to another site with a different domain

    They call this a bridge page. You cannot have a pre-sell page as you call it (which is really a sales page) going to the merchant's sales page.

      What should I do then? There are plenty of ads doing the same thing and they are still running.

    Luckily I didn't put my eggs in one basket. PPC only contribute 20% of the traffic.

      Maybe you could turn it into a review site for more than just that product? Turn it into a blog, or a mini site that talks about the product AND what's going on in the industry related to that product...

        I have a blog with review content that receive the same warning. Maybe google is asking to take away the affiliate link?

          Looks like you got a Human Review. The best you can do is:

          1. Add more content as the above poster said
          2. Specif that you are an affiliate and will get paid if they buy (you can do this subtly)
          3. Limit the affiliate links to 1-2...don't have a ton of banners and links...

    That's indeed what they are asking. Link instead to their order page, not the sales page.

    Crudenbay's suggestions:

    1. most likely won't work if you still have affiliate links going to the sales page.
    2. probably won't work
    3. may work. Make it look less like a sales pitch.

    I am a bit new to all of this, but would it change anything if you put the nofollow on in the page they are having a problem with?

        Had one of my clients ignore the warning Re: get rick quick, One domain in an account with poor quality will get the whole account suspended. You do not want this to happen if you plan on using the domain names in the future. Add plenty of unique content to your site, and redirect the links to another page/site then ask Google to review the site again. Just keeping a conversation up with them will help.

    I have been using presell pages linking to affiliate offers without too many problems, although as many people seem to be getting severely slapped/banned I am now considering changing my set up. All my content is unique though, so maybe I will be ok.

    Also, dont forget about other PPC networks, they seem to be less strict that the big G, although they do get less traffic.

    If google knows about the history about affiliate sites i guess it will be best to promote and support affiliates sites that have good ratings then bad and also mark it up with yr own content.

    Doesn't matter if the affiliate site has good or bad ratings. Google wants you to look transparent and give your visitor a good user experience. A poor user experience is doing it the way that most affiliate marketers do it: their own sales page with links to the merchant's sales page.
