Facebook PPC Management needed

I'm looking for someone with experience in both Google PPC and Facebook PPC to take over the management of a client's account.

I'm currently taking Perry Marshalls Facebook PPC training program & it's been great - but I've quickly realized I need help in posting, monitoring & tracking the ads. I'd really like to improve results for my clients current Google PPC advertising as well as launch a Facebook PPC campaign.
